For the next few weeks, Allison Chopra, a personal trainer and owner of Urban Fitness Studio, will be showing us a variety of exercises to do throughout the workday. She begins by demonstrating a few exercises that stretch the hips and strengthen the glutes, combatting negative effects from sitting at a computer nine to five.
