Allison Chopra, personal trainer at Urban Fitness Studio, has shown us how to alleviate back pain by stretching our hip flexors, our piriformis muscles, and our hamstrings. This week Allison gives us a variation to the hamstring stretch, which will help stretch out a part of the hamstring that wasn’t reached in the prior exercise.
