Charlie Bird’s hobbies include cycling, paddle boarding, dancing at the Bloomington Community Farmers’ Market, and taking photos with his fans. He frequently makes appearances at school carnivals and local festivals, and he keeps the community updated through photos on his Facebook page. Charlie’s social media chronicles his expeditions to Indiana University sporting events and his treks down the B-Line Trail, among many other adventures. He’s quite an impressive local figure, but there’s something a little different about him as well. He happens to be a 31-year-old Green-Winged Macaw.
