For the past few months Allison Chopra, personal trainer at Urban Fitness Studio, has shown us a number of exercises that are easy to do at home or in the gym. But what happens when our lower backs start to hurt from all of the exercising? For the next few weeks Allison will be teaching us how to stretch various parts of our bodies to help with lower-back pain.
