Hunter Education Class

This class is generally required for anyone born in 1987 or later, and recommended for everyone else, who wishes to purchase a hunting license in Indiana. This is a 2-day class (August 10-11); attendance on both days is required. All participants must pass a written test at the end of the second day to successfully complete the class. Children who are under 16 years of age should be accompanied by an adult. Class concludes each day at 4 pm. Participants should bring a sack lunch, or plan on making a trip into Bloomington for fast food during the lunch break. Dress appropriately for the weather, as a portion of the class will likely be held outside.
