Local First Bloomington, the Bloomington Independent Restaurant Association, and Downtown Bloomington, Inc. are proud to host a professional service seminar on Wednesday, May 28th entitled “Keeping Score on Service”. This 4 hour seminar is a follow-up to last year’s very successful presentation of “The Art of Giving Great Service”. This workshop is perfect for any business wanting to take their customer service to the next level and, in doing so, generate more sales and loyal customers. Learn how to make your business stand out from the competition.

2. Explore the benefits of measuring customer service successes and challenges.
