About: Summer Class only! Join us for a wet-workout at the Edgewood High School pool! Natalie Griffin & Kendall Harshberger will lead you through gentle, low impact water movements! The aerobics include cardiovascular exercises and light resistance workouts that help improve muscle strength and mobility. Meet at the Endwright Center at 10:45 and carpool to the facility. This is a great exercise program and will benefit anyone with arthritis. Join anytime!

About the Instructors: Natalie Griffin graduated from Indiana University in May 2014 with a Bachelors degree in Public Health. She is now an intern with the Endwright Center. Natalie is passionate about the promotion of health and disease prevention; her interest in fitness and nutrition helps her to share this passion with our community. Kendall Harshberger is a Peer Health Educator at Indiana University, working on her B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies. She loves working with elders and is also happy to share her enthusiasm for the creative arts.
