Join us for our Monthly Cooking for One class. September’s class will feature a recipe for baked Zucchini & Yellow Squash Rings. Sarah Harris, Human Services Intern from Ivy Tech will show participants how to prepare this quick and easy, and light end of summer/early autumn dish. She will also educate us with some fun facts regarding how beneficial squash is for our nutritional health!
Cooking for One classes promote healthy nutrition and are FREE to participants. We gratefully accept donations to help fund our free classes and programs.
