What: Cooking for One: Cookies for All!
Christmas Cookie & Recipe Exchange

When: Thursday, December 18, 1 – 2 pm

Who: Laura Kray (Nutrition Program Manager) and Sarah Harris (Human Services Intern, Ivy Tech)

Cost: FREE! Donations gratefully accepted.

About:
Join us for our monthly Cooking for One class. December’s class will feature Laura Kray’s favorite family cookie recipe (from 1940!), plus a special diabetic-friendly Christmas cookie recipe presented by Sarah Harris. Participants are encouraged to bring their favorite holiday cookie recipe along for a recipe exchange as well as a dozen cookies (optional) for a cookie exchange.

Although we may stray just a teeny bit from our usual mission of promoting only healthy nutrition, we encourage the exchange to include your favorite traditional or diabetic-friendly recipe. Cooking for One classes promote healthy nutrition and are FREE to participants. We gratefully accept donations to help fund our free classes and programs.
