About:
Join us for our Monthly Cooking for One class. With winter upon us, nothing warms us better than a delicious and hearty soup! January’s class will feature two inexpensive and easy to make potato soup recipes. Laura Kray, Area 10 Nutrition Program Manager, will demonstrate how to make an easy crock pot recipe soup as well as a spinach-potato stove top soup. Both can be stored easily in single servings, frozen, and then thawed to enjoy throughout the cold months of winter.

Cooking for One classes promote healthy nutrition and are FREE to participants. We gratefully accept donations to help fund our free classes and programs.

Cost: Free! (Donations gratefully accepted!)
