Free PiYo class!
PiYo is a low impact workout inspired by pilates and yoga. This workout combines the muscle-sculpting benefits of Pilates and the flexibility of yoga with nonstop, fluid movement to burn calories. The class is lead by Amanda Armstrong, a certified PiYo instructor and health/fitness coach.
