Garden of Eating Workshop at BRI’s Hinkle-Garton Farmstead

Bloomington Restorations, Inc. invites you to a “Garden of Eating – Create Your Own Unique Salads” workshop at the Hinkle-Garton Farmstead on Sunday, July 26th from 1-3 pm. Explore unique garden edibles and salad toppings while learning to create different salads with a pitch-in style salad bar. Everyone will leave with an easy-to-use blueprint for creating hundreds of unique salads at home. The workshop will be taught by Kris Heeter, PhD. The cost is $15 and pre-registration is required.
