You’ll know Ralph Ed from being a member of the popular trio from Mooresville IN – C.P.R. (with Chris Wolf and Pablo Adams) as the guy who plays mandolin, dances while holding a long-stemmed rose in his mouth – fiddle and guitar work that is superb and a great sense of humor (you’d have to have that to play in C.P.R.!). Joe Bolinger is the bass guy for The Indiana Boys. He also gets around pretty dang well on mandolin and a few other stringed instruments and is a fabulous songwriter in his own right. Bulldog Johnson has a voice reminiscent of the late Burle Ives, but performs some Dixie-AND – Folksy finger-pickin’ tunes. He’s a delight and a great addition to any Showcase! Last but not lease is a fellow who has never been on the Showcase – Keith Rae. Keith is touring throughout the Country and decided to stop by Bloomington to hang out for a bit and share his storytelling and songs with us here at the Bloomington Songwriter Showcase – we sure do look forward to that!
