Gain an awareness of how stress affects our physical well being and how to reduce or control stress in this workshop. Key skills learned will be the legislation developed to protect our health, how stress affects our body systems, and the cost of work-related stress. Common goals of the course are to use the self awareness of stress management and create a plan to use stress-reducing alternatives taught in the course to reduce personal and work conflict.
