Split Wood for Maple Syrup, an MLK Day Volunteer Opportunity

01:00 pm to 03:00 pm
Hinkle-Garton Farmstead
http://www.facebook.com/HinkleGartonFarmstead

Join us at the farmstead on MLK Day for an outdoor volunteer activity to help prepare for maple syrup season. Volunteers will be splitting wood, both by hand tools and using a log splitter, that will be used to boil the sap later. Those not actively splitting wood can help with stacking the logs and possibly other tasks related to syrup season prep.

Cost: Free
