Craving is a mindset that is restless, unpeaceful, and dissatisfied. It leads to addictive habits, constant frustration, and, like a moth to a flame, always ends in a painful experience. On this half-day course, we will look at Buddhist meditations and practical techniques that free our mind from craving and discontentment. We will learn how to become more peaceful and to gradually become less addicted to external sources of pleasure so that we can find real lasting satisfaction and happiness from within.
The course will include guided meditations, teachings, discussion, and time for questions and answers.
