Dealing with Change and Loss: A Buddhist Approach
With Resident Teacher and Buddhist nun, Kelsang Namdrol

Some of the most challenging and painful times in our lives are to do with unwanted changes and loss. We cling on to people, possessions and situations for our happiness, and losing them hurts. In this practical 3-week series, learn how meditation and Buddha’s teachings can help us to live positively through the winds of change and to gently let go. Through gradually developing a strong mental resilience, we can then become truly calm and happy – whatever happens.
No experience is needed.
Everyone is welcome.

Cost: $10/person $5/students
