There are many uncertainties in this life and we typically respond to them with worry. Our mind becomes tight and uncomfortable and it can become difficult to think clearly or to enjoy anything. In this free public talk, Kelsang Namdrol will clearly explain how meditation and mindfulness training can help us to let go of worry. Through these practical and effective methods, it’s truly possible to break free from this disturbing mental bad habit! By focusing instead on what is of real importance in our lives, we can begin to live a more joyful and meaningful life.
The morning talk will also include a guided breathing meditation.
