Woodburn Hall 120
https://www.iuauditorium.com/events/detail/trevor-noah-2019

Before Trevor Noah’s first performance at IU Auditorium, Dr. Julia Fox, an Associate Professor in the IU Media School, will lead a pre-show talk in Woodburn Hall. In her talk Dr. Julia Fox will examine the differences in content between comedic news programs and “real” tv news, and how people process and remember political information from these sources. She will also discuss how comedic news critiques of “real” news could lead to declining trust in news media.

All attendees of the pre-show talk will receive a voucher for a free distillery tour from Hard Truth Hills.

Cost: Free
