Rights & Rituals: The Right to See

The chakra system contains vital information about how we function, grow, and experience patterns in our lives. While there are many ways to access this information, exploring the rights associated with each can be a powerful tool. In this series, we will explore various practices and rituals to work intentionally with each right.

This month, we will explore the right to SEE. The sixth chakra is our ability to see what is around us and what is within us clearly. During this workshop, we will work with crystals, essential oils, yoga postures, and techniques in order to tap into this power center.
