Our March Science Explorations theme is the human brain. During this month we will explore our amazing brains. Our activities align with grade 4 Indiana and Next Generation Science Standards and will prepare elementary aged participants for the middle school science investigations of the human body as well as deepen their current science content knowledge and curiosity. We will begin by becoming familiar with our brains. We will learn about the parts of the brain and what they do and use our brains and a memory device to remember some things about the brain. A fun printable will be shared after the program, so materials are not necessary during the program.
