For the first time since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, all Gallery Walk galleries will invite visitors in person on Friday, June 4.

“Every effort is being made for visitors to feel safe and welcome,” says Gallery Walk chairperson Martha Moore, who co-owns the FAR Center for Contemporary Arts and Pictura Gallery with her husband, David. “This will be a great opportunity for folks to come out and support local artists.”

Gallery Walk spans a one-mile stretch that includes 11 galleries and numerous works of art. From 5–8 p.m., all 11 participating galleries will be presenting new exhibits.

Masks and hand sanitizer will be available at each gallery. Many galleries will have life music, says Moore, and a food truck will be parked outside the FAR Center.

Other Gallery Walks this summer will be held on July 9 and August 6.
