Transcending the Veil Of Maya at Ekah Yoga

02:00 pm to 05:00 pm
Ekah Yoga
http://ekahyoga.com

This workshop will focus on the nature of Maya, which has been esoterically defined as the illusion or appearance of the phenomenal world – the world that effectively serves as our everyday waking reality. The dissolution of this ubiquitous veil to our collective consciousness is a fundamental aspect of spiritual advancement of all stripes. Over the course of the workshop we will consider the Yogic perspective on the composition of the mind as it pertains to the creation and maintenance of the Maya, as well as put into practice some of the Kundalini Yoga Kriyas and Meditations that apply this issue.
Topics covered in this workshop include:

The nature of the Impersonal Mind (Ahangkar, Buddhi & Manas)

The deeper significance of Chakras and the corresponding elements
Nature of the Subtle Body
Pranayama and it’s effects
Kundalini & Prana
Included in the experience is a sound-healing session via the use of a 34” polysmphonic gong that induces a spontaneous state of meditation and relaxation.
No need to be intimidated – this workshop is accessible and beneficial to beginners and veterans alike. Come expecting a stimulating and rewarding Yogic experience!
