WonderLab STEM Sundays for Families – Driverless Car

03:00 pm to 04:00 pm
Virtual Event (Zoom)
https://zoom.us/meeting/register/tJwqc--oqzsvHtHx9Uz2gRP_FhBJ1y3RK9cV

Join WonderLab educators for STEM Sunday and work together on a project for the whole family. During this STEM Sunday, we will learn about types of forces and motion. We will put what we learned into practice by trying to move a toy car. There are many different ways to do this activity, so there will be something at home you can use! Some suggested materials are a small toy with wheels, straw, magnets, book, paper, and tape. You may come up with other ways to do it that need different materials! This is a great opportunity for the whole family or group to explore the engineering design process as well as develop STEM skills such as defining & problem solving, exploring cause & effect, and the collaborative process. This program is made possible through funding from Cook Medical. and CFC Properties.

WonderLab free virtual programming offers interactive, activity based science that correlates to Indiana and Next Generation Science Standards. Join us for social and educational time.
