She also has a fraught relationship with God. Imagine her surprise, her fear, and even anger when God comes to her as a patient who insists that she help him solve his millenia-long problems in one session! A funny, witty play that asks some questions about the nature of the Deity and our relationship to him.

Aretha Franklin, Etta James, Janis Joplin, Tina Turner, Elton John, The Beatles, Cyndi Lauper, Billy Joel, just to name a few of the great artists that will be honored in this amazing production. Sponsored by the Dance Network Alliance, this variety show extravaganza of Bloomington performers harkens back to early twentieth-century vaudeville troupes that crisscrossed the country by train, entertaining young and old alike. There is something for everyone, including a children’s matinee featuring many younger performers, and a more risqué, adult evening show.
Performers include members of Aerialogy, Dark Side Tribal, The Hudsucker Posse, Windfall Dancers Youth Company, Bloomington Acro, the Delightful Holly Harvest, poet Tony Brewer, and the musical stylings of Travis Puntarelli, Mr. & Mrs. Kazooey (Kevin MacDowell & Lara Lynn Weaver), Sarah Cassidy, and Jordan River Crossing.
This show features all local talent, curated for your enjoyment, complete with Tim Wagner’s Organ Grinder “Finster Baby” and Jungle Joe Lee & His Amazing Flea Circus!
