A traditional vinyasa practice with a twist, or a roll!
This class will focus on hips and shoulders by combining a slow flowing yoga practice with Self Myofascial Release techniques throughout with Rad Rollers. These techniques reach our muscle fibers and connective tissues, creating the potential for new experiences within the yoga poses. With more space you’ll find you may be able to access more strength and mobility than you previously thought you had. This practice will be accessible and appropriate for beginners as well as more advanced practitioners.

She teamed up with Mark Buschkill, Donn Middleton, and Sam Finley to create “Opal Fly and KaPow!” Michael Johnathan, the host of Woodsongs Old-Time Radio Hour, said this of Opal, “…one of the most amazing voices in Blues.”
