Welcome to “Vibrant Windows” a watercolor exhibit by Don Madvig of Bloomington, Indiana. Mr. Madvig graduated from the University of Illinois with a BFA in painting in 1991, concentrating primarily on acrylic and watercolor painting. His original and commission paintings are held in private collections throughout the United States and Canada. “The genesis of these paintings is the long-promised re-visiting of a significant moment in my undergraduate experience. It was in my student apartment, and my attraction to it centered around the bright, natural light and vivid plant color.”
