Brief Bios:
Bill Breeden is a native Hoosier born and raised near Odon, Indiana. He began preaching at the age of fifteen in tent revivals, and holiness meetings. His religious beliefs evolved over the years, and Bill is now a retired Unitarian Universalist Minister, an agnostic and “hell-raiser.” His journey has taken him from sawdust trails to jail for acts of civil disobedience. Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religion and Philosophy and a Master of Divinity in the same. He also did graduate work at IU in Criminal Justice, and is currently working on his memoir, entitled “Billy Pilgrim and the Black Female Jesus.”
Glenda Breeden, is a lover of peace, kindness, people, critters, and this beautiful Mother Earth. She writes songs, poetry, essays, and creative nonfiction. She embraces the late Mary Oliver’s sentiment, “My work is loving the world… which is mostly standing still and being astonished.” Glenda gives thanks for the many gifts that life has offered her and aspires to pass them on whenever she can.
