Artists’ Book Lecture Series: Karen Baldner

05:30 pm to 07:30 pm
IU Fine Arts Library Reading Room
https://libraries.indiana.edu/artists-book-lecture-series-karen-baldner

The Artists’ Book Lecture Series is a series of talks by three working artists around the Midwest. Their works incorporate a variety of mediums and formats that push the boundaries of the traditional book form. Each artist is represented in the Fine Arts Library’s historic Artists’ Book Collection, and these lectures are designed to highlight the diversity and unique materials that make up this magnificent IU treasure. The series is supported by the Artists’ Book Endowment Fund.

The Fine Arts Library is pleased to invite you to the first event in this series, a talk by Karen Baldner, artist and instructor at the Herron School of Arts at IUPUI.

Karen’s work is currently on view in the Fine Arts Library’s Exhibit cases through September 15th.
