At the Venue, The Making of a Documentary by Ron Osgood

On Tuesday eve, June 14th, beginning at 5:30, The Venue will host a presentation by Ron Osgood, The Making of a Documentary, entitled The Vietnam WarAmerican War: Stories From All Sides.
Ron Osgood is an Emmy Award winning documentary film- maker and a Professor Emeritus of the Indiana University Media School. For his present project, Ron is collecting and documenting stories of their war experiences from America Vietnam Veterans, Vietnamese Veterans, and civilians from both sides.
A Vietnam Veteran himself, Ron has made four trips to Vietnam to gather interviews and information. What will result will be a documentary which will bring fresh perspectives to one of the most significant events of the 20th century, through the eyes and memories of those who lived it. Hopefully, the passage of time will bring wisdom.
