with Gen Kelsang Chokyi, Resident Teacher at KMC Bloomington
IN PERSON + LIVE STREAM
“May everyone be happy,
May everyone be free from misery,
May no one ever be separated from their happiness,
May everyone have equanimity, free from hatred and attachment.”
This brief Buddhist prayer is a profound meditation on the four immeasurables: pure love, joy, compassion, and equanimity. It is a direct and powerful method for authentic positive change. This workshop will illuminate methods to gain access to changing our perspectives to generate more harmony and joy in our relationships and society.
This can be practiced by anyone, regardless of background and belief. Absolutely everyone is welcome; no previous meditation experience is needed.
