ACEs are abuse, neglect or traumatic experiences that occur to children under age 18. These stressors in a child’s life can lead to both physical and mental health risks for them as adults. Learn what this means for you and your family. Learn how to build resiliency in yourself and others. AND have fun learning some fun new coping skills brought to you by the IU School of Social Work students!
This event is FREE and open to the public! It will offer Arts & Crafts, Music, On-Site Mental Health Therapists, Coping Skills toolboxes, and Resource Tables where you can find someone to help. This event is being presented by your Monroe County Systems of Care, a partnership of local organizations collaborating for the purpose of improving quality and access of mental health services in Monroe County.
