This one-hour class is a great way to let go of the stress built up during the week. Class will start with a nourishing guided pranayama practice to calm our bodies and bring us into the present moment. From there we will gently and intuitively move into a slower paced flow where we will hold each posture for a few breaths and focus on position and alignment. Slowly as the class progresses we will build heat as we work through more challenging postures. Finally we will cool the body as we come into a well-deserved savasana. This class is friendly to all yoga levels.
