Location: Online, http://monroehistory.org

Laura Merrifield Wilson presents her research on the lack of representation of Hoosier women at the state and federal levels. Exploring national trends and statistics, Wilson illustrates how a better understanding of the past will enable us to work toward encouraging and electing more women in politics today. For the health and safety of all participants, this presentation will be offered virtually.

This presentation is presented in partnership with the Indiana Women’s Suffrage Centennial with support from the Lilly Endowment, Inc. and Hillenbrand Industries.
