Jacob Latham is a young man (not yet 21 : -) who has made a BIG mark on the Songwriting community of Bloomington IN. Jacob is a superb singer and a remarkable Songwriter – living right here in Bloomington IN. His family is musical and ‘Blue Cut’ features are father and his sister alongside Jacob. Yep! He’s won an award or two for his songs including a performance at the Blooming-Tunes Song Competition Winner’s Concert. Tim O’Malley is Bloomington’s favorite Blues guitarist – with is exceptionally sweet riffs, and personality, he is an area treasure. Soft spoken, Tim commands audience attention . . . . it gets ‘quiet’ when Tim takes the microphone. He too is a winner and has performed on the Blooming-Tunes Winner’s Concert! Bloomington’s own Dynamic Duo – Jason Fickle and Ginger Curry round out this special Showcase – having also won a spot on Blooming-Tunes Compilation CD. Ginger is a stage presence to be reckoned with as she belts out songs with her clear, strong and exceptional range vocals. Jason & Ginger are touring artist, and have performed at any major festival one might be able to mention. Jason has had his music featured on PBS’s ‘Car Talk’ (‘Get Your Car off My Lawn’), and together these two know how to entertain. Opal Fly may or may not be on this round – depending on her unusually busy schedule – she has been invited and says she is available. if you don’t know Opal’s work – you are in for a treat.
