Imagine waking up one day to discover that all of our internal responses to things are automatically joyful – coming from a deep sense of wellbeing. This can become our reality through meditation practice, and can put us in a much stronger position to help others in our family and community.
This course will include guided meditations and practical advice that can help transform our way of thinking about ourselves, others, and the world. Through changing our view, we naturally come to experience everything in a much more productive and positive way. When we can let go of our unhappiness, we open ourselves up to amazing possibilities all around us!
