Fall fungi is topic of Lunch with Nature session at Paynetown SRA, Sep. 29
The monthly Lunch with Nature Series at Paynetown State Recreation Area continues in September with “Fall Fungi” on Monday, September 29 at 11 a.m.
A naturalist will discuss the biology behind fungi, highlight common ones that appear in the fall, and then lead an off-trail hike through the woods to look for fungi. Participants can bring a sack lunch to enjoy during the main presentation.
The free 90-minute session is limited to 12 people. Registration is required by September 26 at http://bit.ly/lwnsep14.
