Take a step back from the busyness and chaos of modern life and learn how meditation can bring benefit and meaning to your life. Meditation enables us to reduce feelings of stress and unhappiness while increasing our natural sense of well-being. In this half-day course, learn the fundamentals of meditation and how to create a regular meditation practice. The course will include guided meditations, teachings, and time for questions and answers.
