Session 4 of QueerTalk focuses on how we build and maintain relationships. How do we relate to each other, romantically, sexually and otherwise? How do we organize our chosen families, and how do we negotiate those connections in ways that are mutually healthy? What does a non-cisheteropatriarchal community even look like?!
If you wanna talk about these questions and more, join us November 2nd at Monroe County Public Library Room 1C, 6:30-8:30PM! We have food, coloring sheets, and great discussion for everyone!
QueerTalk is a confidential space for people identifying along the spectrum of queerness to share experiences and develop the knowledge and skills we need to inspire ourselves, strengthen our bonds with one another, and ignite action in the places that we live. It is sponsored by Middle Way House and is facilitated by a combination of MWH staff, volunteers, and community members.
Note: we’re at the library and have several staff present, so we can offer childcare/supervision!
