Everyone wants to be a good-natured person with a kind heart. With a kind heart, our relationships with others naturally improve, and we keep a happy and flexible mind. Buddha taught simple meditations that help us to develop and improve our hearts. They can be practiced by anyone, Buddhist or not. This retreat offers a chance to learn and practice three of these meditations.
