This half-day workshop will offer practical advice, based on Buddha’s teachings, for how to improve our relationships with others. The interrelationship of love, desire, and attachment will be addressed, showing which minds are beneficial, and should be cultivated, and which are harmful and interfere with relationships of all kinds, and how to abandon them. As Geshe Kelsang Gyatso says, “pure love never causes problems.” Learning how to develop a mind of pure love can be of benefit to everyone – Buddhists and non-Buddhists alike. Everyone is welcome to attend this workshop which will feature talks, guided meditation, and an opportunity to ask questions. A brief reception with Gen Demo, including light refreshments, will follow the teaching.
