Concerned about what is likely to happen with healthcare now that the mid-terms are over? Dr. Kosali Simon is a nationally-known health economist and Herman Wells Endowed Professor in the School of Public and Environmental Affairs. Dr. Simon will discuss the impact of the elections on health care policy in Indiana and nationally. In addition, she include some general thoughts on Medicare policy. Dr. Simon’s extensive research focuses on the impact of health insurance reform on healthcare and the opioid crisis. She is a recognized leader on these complex issues, holding critical positions with a number of organizations and editorial positions on influential health policy journals. Childcare provided.
