WonderLab STEM Sundays for Families – Windmills

Join WonderLab educators for STEM Sunday and work together on a project for the whole family. During this STEM Sunday, we will learn about windmills and create our own! We will use items around your home to create a windmill, there will be something you can create with materials you have on hand. Some suggested supplies (you do not need all of these) include: paper, wooden stick, straw, brad/push pin, pipe cleaner, scissors, tape, cup, craft stick, hole punch, string, cardboard tube. This is a great opportunity for the whole family or group to explore the engineering design process as well as develop STEM skills such as defining & problem solving, exploring cause & effect, and the collaborative process. This program is made possible through funding from Cook Medical. and CFC Properties.
